Fall is coming meaning PUMPKIN EVERYTING!
So, Ive got these super easy 4-ingredient pumpkin gnocchis for you!
They're super fun to make and absolutely delicious! :)
-1 cup (200g) pumpkin puree
-3/4 cup (150g) potatoes, cooked and mashed
-2 cups (260g) flour
-a pinch of salt
1.Measure all the ingredients and roughly mix them up in a bowl.
2. Then flour a work surface, transfer the ingredients to it and knead with floured hands until a soft, slightly sticky dough has formed.
3. Shape the dough into a thin loaf and cut into small pieces. Give them the typical gnocchi shape by using a fork and your thumb to press/roll it down.
4. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchis for 1-2 minutes (they gotta swim in the top). Enjoy with your favorite sauce or fry until crispy.
