THE BEST CHOCOLATE OATMEAL

Oats are boring? No, I'm gonna show you how to make them delicious and even healthy!

I used to think that oats were those weird flakes that tasted like nothing and that "should" be healthy but you know what? I just always used to prepare them in the wrong way.

And oats ARE super healthy, they're a whole grain, which means that they've still got all the fiber, minerals and micronutrients, so they constitute a perfect breakfast to start the day👌🏻.

My all time favorite is as a chocolate oatmeal (because I'm a chocoholic and it tastes like dessert for breakfast😜). But nowadays I even like to eat them with just some soy milk and raisins, BUT that would be to boring to post, so here by far the best way to eat oats!


THE BEST CHOCOLATE OATMEAL (1 person):

-100g oats

-1 tbsp raw cacao

-5g psyllium husk seeds

-3 tbsp sweetener of your choice

-400-500ml water or (plant) milk (add less at first and then more to the end if needed


Start with putting everything in a pot and add as much water or milk as needed to make all the ingredients "swim". Then place the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil while stirring. When it boils, put a lid on the pot, remove it from the stove and let the oatmeal soak for 10 minutes. After that, stir it and add more water or milk, if it hasn't your preferred consistency. Serve it with fresh fruit and maybe some nut butter. Indulge😋
