BANANA BREAD GRANOLA



You have to try this granola!

If you don't, you'll miss out on great flavor, trust me!

It's not only super crunchy, crispy and clustery, it also tastes like banana bread in form of granola and as a nice side effect, it will make your whole house smell amazing!


RECIPE 1 BATCH GRANOLA

Dry ingredients:

-3 cups/300g rolled oats

-a pinch of salt

-1/3 cup/65g chopped nuts

Wet ingredients:

-1 large banana

-1/4 cup/40g coconut oil

-1/4 cup/75g maple syrup

-1 TSP cinnamon

-1 TSP vanilla extract


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 165 Celsius/325 Fahrenheit and mash up the banana in a mixing bowl.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

3. Spread it on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes but giving it a stir after 15 minutes to prevent it from burning.

4. Let it cool down completely and enjoy!
