Banana bread + mug cake = heaven!
This mug cake is so soft and fluffy with the perfect banana bread flavor, touch of vanilla and the chocolate chips add a nice, little chocolate kick!
And the best thing is, it's literally done within minutes and it's even healthy!
Is there anything better? I don't think so!
RECIPE 1 BANANA BREAD MUG CAKE
-4 TBSP flour of your choice
-2 TBSP plant milk
-1 TBSP maple syrup
-1 TBSP peanut butter
-a pinch of salt
-1/4 TSP baking powder
-a handful chocolate chips
1. First give the banana to a mixing bowl and mash it up.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients until it's a smooth batter.
3. Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius/360 Fahrenheit and slightly grease a mug.
4. Fill the batter in the mug and bake* it for 15 minutes (baking time may vary depending on the shape of your mug).
*this mug cake can be also made in the microwave
