BANANA SNACK CAKE

Who wants an easy, healthy and delicious snack? Gotcha!

This cake is low in fat, contains no refined sugar but tastes heavenly...So let's go!



Cooking time: 50 minutes

Servings: 9 pieces

INGREDIENTS:

-3 medium bananas

-1/4 cup (75g) maple syrup

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-1/2 cup (125ml) plant milk

-1 cup (125g) flour

-2 TSP baking powder

-1 TSP cinnamon

Choc frosting:

-4 TBSP cocoa powder

-3 TBSP maple syrup

-5 TBSP water

-4 TBSP tahini


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 185 Celsius/375 Fahrenheit and mix up all the ingredients for the batter in a mixing bowl. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the batter to it.


2. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes whilst whisking up the choc frosting. When the cake is done, let it cool down completely and spread the frosting on top.
