These are by far the best vegan chocolate chip cookies ever!

They're perfectly soft and chewy, nice sweet with a touch of vanilla and the chocolate chips add a beautiful rich chocolate flavor!

You definitely gotta try them out!


Wet ingredients:

-1/3 cup/80g almond butter

-1/2 cup/125ml plant milk

-2 ripe bananas

-2 TBSP coconut oil (at room temperature)

-1 TSP vanilla extract

Dry ingredients:

-1 1/2 cups/200g flour of your choice

-1 TSP baking powder

-1/2 cup/80g chocolate chips


1. First mash up the banana and add the remaining wet ingredients.

2. Mix it up, preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and stir in the dry ingredients until it's a batter (it will have a cake-batter like consistency).

3. Place about 1 TBSP of the batter per cookie on a lined baking tray, smooth them into cookie shape and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Enjoy!
