This is for my chocoholics out there!
This mug cake is so chocolatey, fudgy, sweet and the chocolate core is just like the cherry on top!
And the crazy thing is: it's made without refined sugar, oil and flour!
RECIPE 1-2 MUG CAKES:
-3 TBSP peanut butter
-1 TBSP maple syrup
-2 TBSP hazelnut protein powder by nutritionplus
-1 TBSP cocoa powder
-1/2 TSP baking powder
-1/4 cup/60ml plant milk
-20g vegan chocolate
1. Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in a mixing bowl and stir until it has formed a batter.
2. Slightly grease a ramekin and transfer the batter to it.
3. Press the chocolate in the center and cover it with the batter.
4. Microwave for 1,5 minutes or bake at 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
