CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH GRANOLA


This granola is perfectly crunchy, has a nice cinnamon flavor and will bring back all those childhood memories!


INGREDIENTS:

-3 TBSP melted coconut oil

-1/2 cup/150g maple syrup

-2 TSP cinnamon

a pinch of salt

-3 cups/300g oats

1/2 cup/50g nuts


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 175/350 degrees and mix up the coconut oil, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon.

2. Simply add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and spread on a lined baking tray.

3. Bake for 30 minutes, let cool down and break larger pieces apart.

4. Enjoy!
