This is my favorite granola so far!
The nutty tahini perfectly mingles together with the sweet dates and on top of that it's super duper crunchy and clustery.
You shouldn't miss this in your cupboard!
RECIPE 1 BATCH:
-1/2 cup/125g tahini
-1/3 cup/110g maple syrup
-a pinch of salt
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-2 cups/200g rolled oats
-1/2 cup/100g dates
1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and mix up the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Chop the dates into little bites and add them as well as the oats to the wet mixture.
3. Stir until well combined and spread it on a lined baking tray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
