The perfect dinner for weeknights!
I mean, it can't get any better, right?
I know that the whole crowd will love this dish!
Cooking time: 15 minutes
-3 cloves garlic
-1 TSP dried thyme
-salt & chili flakes to taste
-1 cup (250g) pumpkin puree
-3/4 cup + 1 TBSP (200ml) vegan cream
-1/3 cup (80ml) pasta water
-Pasta for 3
1. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and heat up some olive oil in a saucepan. To this pan, add garlic, thyme, salt and chili flakes and sauté them for a few minutes.
2. Pour in the remaining ingredients and let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes. If you feel like it gets too thick , add more (pasta) water. Then stir in the pasta and serve, enjoy!
