Your tastebuds will go crazy about these wings!
They're beyond delicious and I guess this is THE BEST way to prepare cauliflower...you don't even know that you're eating something healthy!
So, let's jump right into the recipe!
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Macros: 295 calories/11P/51C/3F
-1 cup (130g) flour
-2 TSP garlic powder
-1 TSP paprika
-salt & pepper to taste
-3/4 cup (180ml) plant milk
-1/4 cup (60ml) water
-1 cup (250g) BBQ sauce
-1 TSP sriracha
-1 head cauliflower
-1 cup (85g) breadcrumbs
1. First cut the cauliflower in florets and mix up all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and dip the florets in the batter and coat in the breadcrumbs afterwards.
2. Place them on a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes whilst mixing up the BBQ sauce and sriracha in a big bowl. After 25 minutes add the baked cauliflower to the bowl and coat the wings evenly, place them again on the baking tray and bake for another 25 minutes.
3. Serve with vegan sour cream and enjoy!
