FILLED DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS


The soft and fluffy chocolate muffin, filled with creamy hazelnut butter is literally pure bliss which you don't wanna miss out!


INGREDIENTS:

-1 ripe banana

-1/2 cup/125ml plant milk

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-3 TBSP peanut butter

-1/4 cup/75g maple syrup

-a pinch of salt

-110g spelt flour

-25g cocoa powder

-1/2 TBSP baking powder

-60g chocolate chips

ELSE:

-1 TSP hazelnut butter each muffin


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to175/350 degrees and mash up the banana in a big bowl.

2. Add all remaining ingredients and give it a good mix until well combined.

3. Fill 1 Tbsp muffin batter followed by 1 Tsp hazelnut butter and agin 1 Tbsp batter in a muffin tray.

4. Bake 20-25 minutes and let cool down.
