FUNFETTI MUG CAKE

It's beautiful soft and velvety with a touch of vanilla, topped with a delicious vanilla cream and honestly sprinkles make everything better, right?


RECIPE 1 FUNFETTI MUG CAKE:

Mug cake:

-4 TBSP flour

-1/4 TSP baking powder

-a pinch of salt

-1 TBSP sprinkles

-3 TBSP plant milk

-1 TBSP peanut butter

-1 TBSP maple syrup

-1 TSP vanilla extract

Vanilla cream:

-2 TBSP coconut cream (refrigerate 1 can coconut milk overnight and scoop out the hard part)

-1 TSP maple syrup

-1/2 TSP vanilla extract


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius/360 Fahrenheit and mix up the mug cake batter.

2. Slightly grease a mug or a ramekin and fill the batter in it.

3. Bake for 15 minutes and give the vanilla cream ingredients in a mixing bowl.

4. Whisk it up until light and fluffy and serve with the mug cake.
