-3 1/2 cups (440g) flour

-1 package (7g) instant yeast

-1/4 cup (75g) maple syrup

-1 cup (250ml) plant milk


-Tahini for brushing (if not oil-free 👉 vegan butter)

-4 TBSP coconut sugar + 2 TSP cinnamon


-4 TBSP nut butter

-8 TBSP maple syrup

-a handful nuts


1. Mix up all the ingredients for the dough using a spatula until it form a slightly sticky ball of dough (if you feel like it's too sticky, add a little more flour). Let it rise for 90 minutes.

2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread the tahini (or vegan butter), then sprinkle over the 'cinnamon-sugar' and roll it up. Cut into 9 rolls and set aside.

3. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and stir together nut butter and maple syrup until it's a gooey caramel. Pur it into a with parchment paper lined baking dish and sprinkle over some nuts.

4. Place the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy (slightly warm for the very best taste)!
