HEALTHY BUENO MOUSSE


This dessert will definitely blow you away!

This mousse is perfectly creamy, nice sweet, slightly nutty and no joke, it tastes like a kinder bueno as mousse.

Even though it's refined-sugar and oil-free!

You just gotta try this mousse, it's probably the easiest, healthiest and most delicious dessert ever!


RECIPE 2 SERVINGS BUENO MOUSSE

Hazelnut butter:

-250g hazelnuts

-a pinch of salt

Mousse:

-4 TBSP hazelnut butter

-2 TBSP maple syrup

-3/4 cup/150g coconut cream (refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight and scoop out the hard part)

-a pinch of salt

-1 TSP vanilla extract (optionally)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and roast the hazelnuts for 15 minutes.

2. Let them cool down completely, peel them using a kitchen towel and give them to a food processor,

3. Add the salt and blend until it has reached a smooth consistency.

4. Give 4 TBSP of the hazelnut butter to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients.

5. Whisk it up, refrigerate for 30 minutes for the best results or serve immediately.
