HEALTHY CHICKPEA BLONDIES

Give these to your family and I bet NO ONE will guess that they're made with chickpeas!
These blondies are just phenomenal!
They're sweet, they're gooey they've got the perfect texture and the chocolate chips add a nice little chocolate kick!
RECIPE 9 BLONDIES:
-1 can/220g chickpeas, rinsed and drained
-1/4 cup/35g flour of your choice
-1/3 cup/125g maple syrup
-1/2 cup/125g peanut butter
-a pinch of salt
-1/2 TSP baking powder
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-1/3 cup/60g chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/375 Fahrenheit and put all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor. (you can also use a high speed blender or stick blender but I think it works the best with a food processor)
2. Blend until smooth and fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the batter into that dish.
4. Bake it for 25-30 minutes and let it cool down completely.
5. Enjoy!
