HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH BARS


You need these bars in your life!

They're nice sweet with a touch vanilla and peanut butter, they've got the perfect texture and the chocolate on top adds a beautiful chocolatey kick.

And the best they're even healthy and made super duper easy!


RECIPE 8 COOKIE DOUGH BARS:

-1/4 cup/65g peanut butter

-1/3 cup/130g maple syrup

-a pinch of salt

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-1 1/4 cup/185g oat flour (or almond flour, coconut flour)

-1/4 cup/40g chocolate chips

Else:

-100g melted vegan chocolate


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First give all the ingredients except the chocolate to a mixing bowl and stir/knead until it's a solid dough.

2. Line a baking dish with parchment and press the dough in this tray.

3. Freeze for 10 minutes whilst melting chocolate.

4. Spread the chocolate on top and freeze until set.

5. Cut in 8 bars and enjoy!
