This blizzard is out of this world!
It's perfectly creamy, sweet, indulgent with little chewy cookie dough bites in it and finished off with a rich chocolate sauce.
And now the crazy part, this ice cream is healthy and vegan!
So, you better try it ;-)
RECIPE BLIZZARD 2 SERVINGS:
-1/8 cup/30g peanut butter
-1 TBSP maple syrup
-1/8 cup/15g oat flour
-a handful chocolate chips
-1 TBSP cocoa powder
-2 TSP maple syrup
-1 1/2 TBSP water
-2 frozen bananas, chopped
-30g/1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 TBSP peanut butter
-1/4 cup/60ml plant milk
1. First mix up the cookie dough ingredients shape them into little droplets and freeze whilst preparing the ice cream.
2. Then prepare the chocolate sauce by simply stirring everything together.
3. Fill the ice cream ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth and stir in the cookie dough afterwards.
4. Serve the blizzard into glasses and drizzle some chocolate sauce on top. Enjoy!
