Imagine a fudge that is made without oil and refined sugar...how great would that be?!
So, this fudge is absolutely mind-blowing because it doesn't require any oil or refined sugar but it's still outrageously good and super easy to make!
RECIPE 12 SERVINGS
-1/2 cup/125g peanut butter
-1/4 cup/75g maple syrup
-a pinch of salt
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-1/4 cup/35g protein powder or coconut flour
-1/4 cup/40g chocolate chips
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
2. Line a baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough to this baking dish.
3. Slightly flatten it with a spatula and freeze for 30 minutes.
