HEALTHY FLUFFY DONUTS


These donuts are more delicious than the store bought ones but vegan and healthy!


INGREDIENTS:

-70g apple sauce

-1 TBSP peanut butter

-1/2 cup/125ml plant milk

-1 TSP apple cider vinegar

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-120g spelt flour

-1 TSP baking powder

-a pinch of salt

TOPPING:

-100G vegan melted chocolate


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 180/360 degrees.

2. Simply mix up all the ingredients and fill the batter equally into donut molds.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes and let Coll down completely.

4. Cover the donuts in chocolate and enjoy!
