It's ice cream time!
What's better than a scoop of cooling, creamy ice cream on a hot summer day?!
And it's even better if the ice cream is healthy and vegan, right? ;-)
RECIPE 4 SERVINGS ICE CREAM:
-4 frozen bananas
-40g hazelnut protein powder by nutritionplus
-1/3 cup/80ml plant milk
-1 TBSP hazelnut butter
-3 TBSP cocoa powder
-3 TBSP hazelnut butter
-4 TBSP maple syrup
-5 TBSP water
1. Put all the ingredients for the ice cream in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer it to a loaf pan and freeze for at least 2 hours.
3. Prepare the notella sauce by stirring everything until well combined.
4. Let the ice cream defrost for few minutes and serve with the sauce. Enjoy!
