HEALTHY PBJ DONUTS


These donuts are incredible!

They're nice soft, fluffy and filled with creamy peanut butter and sweet jelly, pure goodness!

And the crazy thing is: the dough is made of only 4 (!) ingredients .

So, this recipe is super simple, super healthy and super duper delicious!


RECIPE 10 DONUTS:

Dough:

-1 3/4 cup/260g flour of your choice

-1 cup/240g vegan yogurt

-2 TSP baking powder

-1 TBSP coconut sugar

Filling:

-10 TSP peanut butter

-10 TSP jelly


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius/360 Fahrenheit and give the dough ingredients to a mixing bowl.

2. Stir and knead until it's a solid dough, cut it into 10 equal sized pieces and flatten them with your hand (slightly flour your hands and the surface, so it doesn't stick).

3. Place on each piece 1 TSP peanut butter and jelly and fold the sides on top of the center, so it's a round ball.

4. Put them on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
