Who doesn't love a good crunchy granola? But unfortunately the store-bought one often is full of sugar and unhealthy fat. So I had the idea to create a granola that is healthy, easy and even tastier than the store-bought one!
So honestly, I don't know anyone who doesn't like granola and I can understand why. I mean it adds a nice crunch to yogurt or smoothie bowls, and it's also perfect to just eat like chocolate etc. 🙈 So I was really eager to make this one taste really good and this final version definitely does! BTW making the granola yourself is also much cheaper than buying it. And to show you that this beautiful peanut butter granola honestly tastes good: my sister likes it😜. And she is sort of my biggest critic (at least when it comes to my "creations"😂). So I hope or I'm almost sure you'll like this recipe and have fun when trying it yourself!
HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA (1 batch):
-2 cups oats
-6 tbsp peanut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-a bit vanilla extract
First, preheat the oven to 165/330 degrees. Then melt the maple syrup and the peanut butter together until they are smooth and put all the ingredients in a bowl. Lastly mix them up and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake the granola for 15-20 minutes and let it cool afterwards. I strongly recommend eating it on top of a (soy) yogurt bowl with fresh fruit and a bit date syrup. Bon Appetit!😋
