HEALTHY PUMPKIN BROWNIES

You won't believe that these are healthy!

These fudge, gooey, heavenly tasting brownies require only a few healthy ingredients and are super easy to make, don't miss them out!


Cooking time: 45 minutes

Servings: 9 brownies

Macros: 145cal/3P/10C/8F


INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 cup (125g) nut butter

-1/2 cup (120g) pumpkin puree

-1 Tsp vanilla extract

-1/4 cup (75g) maple syrup

-1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder

-1/2 TSP baking powder

-1/4 cup (40g) chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius/360 Fahrenheit and put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined and spread the batter in a lined baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

2. Let it cool down completely and enjoy!
