This ice cream is so ridiculously easy and healthy, it's incredible!
But not only that, it's also super creamy, sweet with a touch of vanilla and a lovely chocolate swirl going through it, absolutely amazing!
RECIPE 4 SERVINGS ICE CREAM
-4 frozen bananas
-1 TBSP nut butter
-1/3 cup/80ml plant milk
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-3 TBSP nut butter
-3 TBSP cocoa powder
-4 TBSP maple syrup
-4 TBSP water
-1/4 cup/40g chocolate chips
1. Put all the ingredients for the ice cream in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips and fill the ice cream in a loaf pan or baking dish.
3. Whisk up the chocolate sauce and swirl it into the ice cream.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
Note: Let the ice cream unfreeze for a few minutes before serving.
