HEALTHY TATER TOTS

These tater tots are an absolute banger!

They're super easy to make and made with a secret ingredient which is cauliflower...🤭

But trust me, they taste even better than the original (my family was obsessed with them!)

Let's get to the recipe!



Cooking time: 35 minutes

Servings: 2

Macros: 240cal/10P/38C/2F


INGREDIENTS:

-4 cups (450g) cauliflower florets

-1/3 cup (40g) flour

-1 heaped TSP baking powder

-1/2 TSP garlic powder

-1 TSP dried oregano

-3 TBSP water

-salt to taste

-1/2 cup (65g) bread crumbs (for rolling)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First cut the cauliflower into small florets and boil until soft, place them in a kitchen towel and squeeze out all the excess water. Then put them in a bowl.


2. Preheat the oven to 210 Celsius/420 Fahrenheit and add the remaining ingredients (except the breadcrumbs) to the cauliflower. Stir until it's a solid dough and shape it into 12 tater tots.


3. Roll them in the breadcrumbs and place them on a lined baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
