HEALTHY VANILLA PUFF CEREAL


This cereal is an absolute banger!

It's crunchy, it's sweet with a touch of vanilla and on top of that it's even healthy (especially compared to conventional cereal)!

And you'll only need a handful ingredients to make these delicious puffs, so let's go!


RECIPE 1 BATCH VANILLA PUFF CEREAL

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cup/160g oat flour (just grind oats to flour)

-a pinch of salt

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-1 TBSP vegan yogurt

-1/2 TBSP coconut oil

-1/4 cup/75g maple syrup


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until it forms a dough.

2. Shape the dough into little balls (about the size of a small grape) and place them on a lined baking sheet.

3. Bake them for 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
