HEALTHY VEGAN APPLE CRISP

Fall is here and what's better than a freshly baked, warm apple crip on a rainy day...?

It's even better when the apple crisp is healthy, so I made an oil-free and a refined sugar-free version for you and it tastes SO GOOD!

Definitely try this simple, delicious snack!



Total time: 20 minutes

Servings: 5

INGREDIENTS:

Crumble:

-1 cup (110g) oat flour

-1/4 cup (65g) nut butter

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-3 TBSP maple syrup

-1/2 TSP cinnamon

Filling:

-2 small apples, chopped in larger pieces

-4 TBSP apple sauce

-1/2 TSP cinnamon

-1/2 TBSP maple syrup


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit and mix up the ingredients for the crumble until crumbly. In another bowl mix up the filling.


2. Transfer the filling to a baking dish and top it with the crumbles. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
