This mug cake is GENIUS!

It's made so quick and easy and it's even FLOURLESS, so definitely give it a go!

Cooking time: 5 minutes


Macros: 287 calories/27P/12C/13F


-30g vegan protein powder (mine is from nutri+)

-1 TBSP ground nuts

-1 TBSP apple sauce

-6-7 TBSP plant milk

-1/2 TSP baking powder

-10g chocolate


1. First mix up all the ingredients until well combined. Grease a mug with some oil or vegan butter and fill in the batter. Place the chocolate in the middle and cover it with the batter.

2. Microwave at 1000W for 3-4 minutes, let it cool down for a few minutes. Either enjoy immediately or transfer the mug cake to a plate. Enjoy!
