These donuts are nice fluffy with a beautiful chocolate flavor and inside is the perfectly creamy peanut butter, absolutely delicious! But not only that, they're even quite healthy.
RECIPE (8 donuts):
-70g apple sauce
-1 TBSP peanut butter
-1/2 cup+1 TBSP/265ml plant milk
-1 TSP apple cider vinegar
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-95g all purpose flour
-25g cocoa powder
-20g coconut sugar
-1 TSP baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-3 TBSP peanut butter (for filling)
1. Fill all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
2. Preheat the oven to 180/360 degrees and grease a donut tin (a muffin tin works as well)
3. Fill 1 TBSP of the batter in each mold, spread the peanut butter in equal sized portions and cover it again with 1 TBSP batter.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, let them cool down completely and enjoy!
