This is pure peanut butter, chocolate pleasure!
I guess here are actually no words needed because this soft and fluffy cake filled with creamy, melty peanut butter talks for itself.
So trust me, this lava cake tastes even better than it looks!
RECIPE 4 PEANUT BUTTER LAVA CAKE:
-4 TBSP peanut butter
-1cup/100g oat flour
-7 TBSP grounded almonds
-1/2 cup/70g coconut sugar
-2 TBSP/20g cocoa powder
-a pinch of salt
-1 TSP baking powder
-3/4 cup/190ml plant milk
-1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
-1 small mashed banana
1. First place 4 TBSP peanut butter (for every cake one) on parchment paper and freeze whilst preparing the batter.
2. Give the cake ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined, preheat the oven to 180 Celsius/360 Fahrenheit.
3. Grease 4 ramekins with a little bit oil and fill in 2 TBSP of the cake batter followed by the cooled peanut butter and finished with another 2 TBSP cake batter.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes and let them cool down for 10 minutes afterwards.
