These truffles are perfect as a little snack or a healthy dessert.
They're nice soft with a lovely peanut butter flavor a touch of salt and coated with rich chocolate.
I tell you, these peanut butter truffles are super addicting!
RECIPE 9 TRUFFLES:
-1/2 cup/125g peanut butter
-1/4 cup/75g maple syrup
-a pinch of salt
-1/2 cup/40g coconut flour or oat flour
-100g melted vegan chocolate
1. Put all the ingredients except the chocolate in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir until well combined and shape the dough into 9 truffles.
3. Melt the chocolate and coat each truffle with it.
4. Refrigerate until set and enjoy!
