SALTED CASHEW GRANOLA


This granola is honestly the best one I've ever made!

It's crunchy and clustery, beautifully sweet, slightly nutty and the little cashew bites add even more crunch.

Once you've tried this, you'll never ever want to eat any other granola again!;-)


RECIPE (1 BATCH):

Wet:

-1/3 cup/110g maple syrup

-1/3 cup/90g cashew butter

-1/4 cup/40g coconut oil

-1 TSP vanilla extract

Dry:

-2 cups/200g rolled oats

-1/4 cup/45g cashews

-a pinch of salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius/360 Fahrenheit and fill the wet ingredients in big mixing bowl.

2. Mix it up, add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the granola and bake it for 15 minutes.

4. Let cool down completely and enjoy!
