VEGAN BROOKIES

Two worlds combined in a perfect cake. Fudgy, chocolatey brownies plus crispy, sweet cookies can't go wrong!
INGREDIENTS:
BROWNIE:
-1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
-1/3 cup/70g peanut butter
-3/4 cups/150g coconut sugar
-15g spelt flour
-25g cocoa powder
-1 TBSP baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-1 TSP vanilla extract
COOKIE:
-1/2 cup/125g peanut butter
-1/2 cup/85g spelt flour
-1/4 cup/75g maple syrup
-1 TSP baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-50g chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 175/350 degrees and add all the brownies to a food processor.
2. Process until it's a smooth but sticky dough and fill it into a lined baking tray.
3. For the cookie layer, simply mix up all the ingredients and layer it on the brownie.
4. Bake fo 30-35 minutes the let cool down completely.
5. Enjoy!
