You think making your own healthy ice cream is a struggle, I'll show you the opposite!
-4 frozen bananas
-1/2 cup/125ml plant milk
-25g peanut butter
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-3 vegan chocolate cookies
-35g chocolate chips
1. Fill the ingredients in a high peed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer into a loaf pan lined with baking paper, add chocolate chips and cookies and stir.
3. Freeze for at least 2 hours .
