A perfect combination of sweet white chocolate the sweet and salt caramel and the beautiful crust!
-1 packed cup/190g dates (soak in hot soaked for 10 minutes in hot water) -2 TBSP peanut butter -a pinch of salt
-1 TSP vanilla extract CRUST: -2/3 cup/75g oat flour -1/4 cup/75g date caramel (see above) ELSE: -1/3 cup/60g peanuts -115g melted white vegan chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Soak the dates, add all caramel ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Remove the date caramel and add the oat flour and the need part of the caramel and pulse until it forms one ball of dough.
3. Spread the crust on a lined baking tray (not too thin), layer on the caramel and nuts and freeze 60 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate while cutting the snickers into bars and cover them.
5. Let cool down until harden.
